Luthier DIY Jackson 6 string project - unfinished

Up for sale a DIY unfinished Jackson style 6 string project. Many pictures to show every inch of this project. I don’t believe there’s any major dings or exposed paint scuffs. The neck is pretty much ready other than some minor binding scraping. Pretty sweet neck that is already mounted and laid out for the body. Custom pick guard needs to be finished but fits the layout of the body. Some routing still required for the right pickup location (as pictured) could do this with a chisel if you don’t want to route. Planned to use a hard tail and is laid out for the correct placement.
the controls layout didn’t match my idea so I plugged the back hole and needs to be scraped flush, and touched up If you want to use the paint job as/is.   To be clear this project has a really nice neck and a generic body that will make a sweet instrument according to my layout. Feel free to buy this cheap and have a nice guitar.
