Flesher Minstrel Banjo Kit Built

Now here is a banjo one doesn't see everyday! Bob Flesher builds authentic, early american minstrel banjos completely by hand in his shop in Atlanta. This instrument is a kit sold by Bob. It is NOT handbuilt by Bob himself. A well built, true reproduction of a mid 1800's Minstrel banjo. Brass tension hoop, Brass brackets and shoes, Oak rim, 12 inch skin head, straight grain maple neck, fretless, strung with nylon strings. 5 Ebony friction-style tuning pegs, and a "bracket", or Double Ogee shape on the top of the fingerboard/neck to aid in positioning your fingers.
