Good: There are several scratches and dings on the body and repair on the headstock. The frets and fretboard are in great shape and the neck is straight with plenty of relief left in the truss rod. The action has been set to factory specs. All electronics are functional but the battery door has to be held shut. This guitar was sold new at our shop in 2012 and has been well played. Cosmetically this guitar has issues but structurally is very sound.
