Fender American Standard STRAT Pickups Delta Tone System-Set of Three

Up for sale one set of American standard strat pickups  This is a set of three delta tone strat pickups. They have never been used. Cleaning up repair shop and guitar accessory counter and these seem to have been in the drawer for a while. Pickups are new. Box is worn.

what is fender's delta tone? What exactly does it mean by no load?
