Product Overview
During Fender's CBS era, various different updates to the Telecaster design were released, including the Fender Telecaster Deluxe in 1972. Wielding two Wide Range humbuckers, designed by Seth Lover, instead of single-coils and an enlarged, Strat-like headstock, the Telecaster Deluxe represented Fender's reconsidered design strategy mirroring the popularization of heavier rock music.
