This Jim Dunlop Jazz III XL players pack has 6 quality plectrums that are 1.38mm thick with a sharp tip. These picks are excellent for soloing and fast picking as they're of a heavy gauge with not much 'give'. Made from Nylon these Jazz 3s last long and feel good to use. With the embossed writing on the pick you actually get a nice bit of grip too. These players packs are much cheaper than buying plectrums individually.
