It doesn’t get any better than this. This was entirely hand built and signed by the late Preston Thompson shortly before he died. Preston was a Luthier’s luthier, a true master maker world renowned for his skill. Meticulous attention to detail. Fit and finish second to none. Miraculous tone. Just the unfinished sets of the Shipwreck vintage Brazilian Rosewood (rich lush chocolate quarter sawn straight grain) used for the guitar is gone. The company told me it would cost more than I’m asking for the guitar. Crazy, I know , but true and verifiable. Very light build which Preston was noted for.
