I purchased this guitar in 2018 from Joe Amato's estate, Joe passed away in 2017. Joe was an entertainer, known for Joe Amato, Conway Twitty, Frank Sinatra Legends in Concert. Had a long track record in the music industry, look him up. 

This is a beautiful great sounding Master Built Dread. Read the spec sheet, says it all. Original COOL Hard Case. Description and Photos tell the story. Have additional photos if you need. 

I use 80/20 extra light strings - D'Angelico New York Prohibition Bronze 11-52. Guitar has some dings, lacquer checking and smudging but nothing terrible. There's some scratch marks on the top alongside the fingerboard that just refuse to show up in my photos. The guitar came with a cleated repaired top crack that held up and is very secure, see all photos.
You may want to have your luthier do a setup to suit your own taste.
If you have some specifics for strings/gauges let me know I can can either send you a few sets of what I have (have lots) or do a basic setup for you.

Note: The build sheet states 1 11/16" nut width but the fingerboard below the nut is actually 1 5/8". I play 1 3/4" widths and the Foley neck feel is very comfortable, it's the scale that has become difficult for my aged hands/FINGERS. I'm 71. Saddle was replaced arrived this way, its bone. Nut looks original Ivory, I just don't have a way to confirm this.
