Up for sale is a Fender Squier 60s Classic Vibe Telecaster Thinline guitar in natural mahogany. The electronics have been play tested and working as they should, still has the protective plastic on the pick guard, it came in with some discoloration around the top of the neck pocket, under the clear coat. We have checked it out and it is only cosmetic but not very noticeable. May have some light surface scratching but in overall very nice condition. No case or bag.

It has the word "Used" gently pressed into the back of the headstock and the serial number has been partially altered and given a new one per agreements with the manufacturer. This ensures you are getting a quality instrument that has been inspected, setup, repaired if needed and ready to play upon arrival.

The Classic Vibe ‘60s Telecaster® Thinline is a nod to the early semi-hollow Tele models from the 1960s, creating incredible tone courtesy of the Fender-Designed alnico single-coil pickups. Player-friendly features include a slim, comfortable “C”-shaped neck profile with an easy-playing 9.5”-radius fingerboard and narrow-tall frets, as well as a vintage-style Telecaster bridge with a string-through-body design and individual steel saddles for precise adjustment. This throwback Squier model also features 1960s-inspired headstock markings, rich-looking nickel-plated hardware and a slick vintage-tint gloss neck finish for an old-school vibe.

Franklin Guitar Works - Who we are

FGW is a division of MIRC, LLC (Musical Instrument Reclamation Corporation), located in Franklin TN.  MIRC is the world’s largest refurbisher of stringed instruments.  We partner with the leading manufacturers in the industry, helping them recondition their distressed instruments. All of our instruments have been inspected, set up and refurbished by our certified technicians to ensure you are receiving a quality instrument.

Why does this guitar have “used” on the back of the headstock?

Sometimes the word "used" is lightly pressed into the back of the headstock and/or the serial number may be partially altered per manufacturer agreements.  For many, the "used" stamp is looked at as a sign of quality, giving confidence that a used instrument originating from MIRC has been properly set-up and refurbished by a professional tech.
