Ampeg 835 "Bassamp" 1960 Rare B-15 precursor

This sturdily built little combo shows her age on the outside, but she's got it where it counts, on the inside. Overhauled about 8 years ago by Dennis Kager, legendary amp tech and former engineer at Ampeg during the mid to late 60's, this amp has been well cared for ever since and has been used only in the studio. Everything is original apart from the power cord which has been upgraded to a grounded 3-prong, the speaker which is a vintage Utah reconed by Dennis, which he assured me was appropriate for this amp, and various caps and resistors which had failed and needed to be replaced.

Guitar, electric bass and upright bass all sound awesome through this amp. Because of its age I will not ship via any commercial shipping service; however, I am willing to deliver within, say, a 100 mile radius of New York City for the cost of gas and tolls. Feel free to make an offer.
