This is a very cool Ampeg Jet from 1959 in a dark blue tolex, signature of that year. It features 18 watts of power, a 12 inch speaker, and tremolo that will chop up those chords into a refreshing pitch blend salad! At low volumes, it is a very warm and expressive amplifier, and when turned up all the way, turns into a mean little amp with crushing overdrive and overtones of fuzz. The amplifier has had some work done by John Nau in the past, including a replaced speaker with an Eminence speaker and replaced tubes. This is the version with the 6SL7 preamp tubes. This is definitely a fun little amp and will not disappoint!
