Vintage Epiphone 6830 with Kalamazoo Michigan 'Union Made' label!
Fantastic condition for it's age; this Epiphone 6830 has the Kalamazoo Michigan 'Union Made' label which would indicate USA built by the Union, just like a Gibson of that period. However it could also be the first run of guitars produced in Japan by Gibson. -- Either way a cool peace of history!
It has rosewood back and sides with a spruce top and a bolt-on neck. Beautiful block pearl inlay and binding on the neck with Pearl Tuners and an adjustable rosewood bridge.
There is some light cosmetic wear, scratches, scuffs and varnish checking. The action is fairly high but the bolt on neck can be adjusted. There are no cracks in the wood. The guitar is over 46-years old however and looks fantastic for it's age.
