Selling this vintage La Chambre Paris bass clarinet. This is a wooden clarinet that was likely manufactured in the 1960's by the boutique manufacturer La Chambre. From the research I've gathered, La Chambre has been defunct since the late 60's and was a small builder of clarinets based out of France. This instrument previously belonged to my brother who played in the Sacramento Youth Symphony Orchestra. I don't play clarinet, so I can't vouch for the quality or function, but my brother tells me it works. It just likely needs some maintenance or restoration work. Instruments of this quality normally sell well over $2,000, but because it's a lesser known manufacturer and because the instrument is likely going to need some work, I'm selling it for less.
This item is sold as-is, so bid accordingly. Also keep in mind that you may need to invest some money to restore this instrument if you purchase it.
