This is a late 90's - early 2000's (I'm not sure of exact date) left-handed Peavey Fury II active bass made in S. Korea (see labels on back of headstock). I have played this bass off and on over the years when needed; I'm not primarily a bass player, so it only comes out occasionally, and gets used mostly to help lead worship.

I believe the body is alder or poplar, and the neck is maple with a very nice, rich looking Indian Rosewood fingerboard. All original pots and hardware.

It has been rock solid over the years, with excellent neck action and lots of tone options with the active electronics (one 9V battery) and Volume, Bass, Middle, Treble controls, which work perfectly.

It currently has flatwound strings on it, which work great for worship music, but it can rock with roundwound strings. It has the original lightweight tuners which work flawlessly and help it balance well on a strap...much lighter than a Jazz or Precision! Very comfortable for long sets.

No case, but it will be packed carefully - check my feedback and buy with confidence. The $249 asking price includes free shipping in the 48 states. Thanks for looking.

I'm the original owner, and it's been in a smoke free, humidified home all these years. Check the pictures, no dents, no chips, neck is also dent and chip free - and feels great.
