We purchased this guitar from the original owner. He purchased it in 1956. The serial number is: v5318-12. The guitar has finish cracks on the body and neck. I can see no cracks in the wood. The guitar has been restrung, cleaned and new tuning knobs installed. The pickup is working, the volume and tone knob has been cleaned and are working, they are a little scratchy. It is possible the tailpiece is not original (see picture) The original case is included but beginning to separated on one of the seams. Nice playing guitar for being 67 years old.
