I believe this to be a 1963 17-watt split cabinet Watkins Dominator.  I did a little bit of research and that is what the knob configuration looks like.  From '56 to '63 they changed the configuration a number of times and I believe the '63's are the best ones.  They certainly had a lot of time to tweak and perfect. 

What I can say about this one is that the rock tones are flat out as good as it gets.  I've hardly heard any better from any amp ever.  It does the British rock thing better than anything in my opinion.  

While the grill cloth is torn here... the tone is just exception. 

*** It needs a power converter to be used with 110 electrical in the states.
