General Description:

We’ve come to associate the Eastman brand with value. Truly, they make some wonderful instruments at prices that are but a fraction of comparable builds. This adage certainly holds true, and is perhaps most exemplified, by their archtop builds. In a field where many of these instruments fetch five-figures, Eastman’s hand-built archtops feature quality craftsmanship and components but without the hefty pricetag.

This AR803CE is an older archtop from the brand that is a true player’s guitar. It features an all solid, carved wood body for a complex and resonant tone with a slightly smaller body for a snappier sound and more comfortable playing experience. It’s seen plenty of use so its condition is more “player grade” than most but it offers a serious instrument at a friendly pricepoint.

Condition:

This guitar has certainly seen its fair share of use and shows some notable signs of wear and cosmetic damage. Most notable of these are various finish chips along the binding and some buckle rash on its back. There are various dings as well, including one on the back of the neck. We’d rate this as GOOD+ condition.
