   SUPER RARE, with Factory pickup upgrade. And... is this not the coolest serial # EVER (I mean, who isn't a James Bond fan)? Yep, She's in that "single digit", desirable "window", IF Yer a collector.

   Made in California, for ONE YEAR ONLY, and in very limited quantities. National WILL NOT make another one.

   Unless you're Old McDonald, or Benjamin Franklin, You may as well attempt to have your hen grow teeth, or try to get struck by lightning, as you have a better chance of those things happening before finding another stock fretless one of these...

No, She doesn't turn invisible outdoors. She's just extremely difficult to take pictures of.

Additional pictures uploaded on 08/11 (I had a rare weekday off). The last 5 show the dulling in the nickel, and the slight wear on the ebony (from Her short stint with round wounds), with strings removed. I figured "heck, for this much money, you should get to see Her nekkid." I also "conditioned" the board while the strings were off. It wasn't dry, but... may as well, right? Please study pictures closely before making an offer.

Brass "O" style body, with nickel plating. Some "dulling" in the nickel where your forearm rests (yes, this bass has been PLAYED). No dents or pitting. Light, superficial scratches here and there, with VERY slight buckle rash. And... one weird "stain" on the backside. Some "wear" from sometimes wearing round wound strings. NO flat/dead spots, and... sweet action. Also, yeah... the usual headstock "dings" for a 20 year old instrument that has been LOVED.

THUD, THUD, THUD, THUD, all day long on the front porch, oooooooooorrrr blind the entire audience. She's ready to impress!! I hope you have a nice rocking chair and some straw to gnaw on. A bit of Bourbon, and a ceegar may be nice, also.

OHSC, in SUPERB shape, with fully functioning latches/hinges, and NO funky odors included, PROMISE.

Priced less than She was 20 years ago (when you could actually ORDER one)...
