Here is a gorgeous late 80's ESP Custom Shop guitar in very good condition with pre-lawsuit strat headstock and a rare, unique body construction of two beautiful 1" thick tone woods: 5A Quilted Maple (top half) and Honduras Mahogany (bottom half). It has a vintage ESP Flicker bridge, Gotoh tuners, maple neck with skunk stripe, an ebony fretboard with star inlays and vintage-sized frets, and vintage EMG 81/85 pickups. Both the body and neck have been finished with a lovely emerald green. This guitar plays effortlessly with it's thin profile neck and low action. It sounds just as good as it looks with a rich, powerful tone with excellent note articulation and sustain. It is a very warm guitar with a perfect tonal balance that gives you the best of both world's with it's solid quilted maple and Honduras mahogany construction. There are a few minor dings on the top and back (I have tried to capture these as best I could in the photos), but overall the guitar is in amazing shape. The color and contrast of the quilted maple really changes depending on the light and angle, giving it a cool effect. Includes a hard shell case and trem bar.
