This has got to be one of the earliest Hofner Club 60s made with an early 58 serial number. The Club 60 is the top of the range Hofner Club; it came with an up-specked Ebony fingerboard with the highest level of inlay work and 2 pickups.
It’s in good overall condition with a bit of wear here and there, the bridge has been replaced with a different Hofner type, it’s lost its original pickguard and there has been some not uncommon repair work to the heel joint.
The electrics work well and the pickups sound great, the guitar is featherweight, fun to play and has bags of charm and character.
