I've got a very nice 2013 Eastman E10D all-solid woods acoustic dreadnought here. Solid Adirondack spruce top with solid mahogany sides and back, mahogany neck with a 1.75" nut width, ebony fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle and nitrocellulose finish. Comes with original hard shell case, truss rod tool and certificate of authenticity. This was a store demo and as such has a couple dings on the sides (see pics) and some pick marks on the top near the sound hole but it has seen very little actual play time as the frets show hardly any wear. The case has a decent size ding in the end but other than that is like new. This guitar is loud and resonant with a beautiful tone and has just been set up with a custom bone saddle from Bob Colosi and new D'Addarrio EJ16 12-53 strings. I will include the original saddle if you'd like to lower the action a bit without altering the new saddle. Action has been set at 7/64" on the low E and 3/32" on the high E and as you can see the new saddle has plenty of room for adjustment should you prefer a lower action. Just a really impressive sounding example of an adi/mahogany, D-18 style guitar with a hard to find 1.75" nut width and priced very fairly.
I've included a video of an E10D so you can get an idea of what they sound like, but it is not the one for sale.
