Peavey Patriot bass 1987 Black, one owner, Made in USA, with hard case.

This is a one owner Peavey Patriot bass. Made in USA with original "chainsaw" Peavey hard shell case.

This bass is Made in USA and features a Peavey Super Ferrite Pickup. The two part maple neck is straight with only a single ding on the back at the base of the headstock. The frets are still good and the neck solid and feels thick all the way down to the nut like a Vintage Fender P. The electronics all work without noise, the pots roll without crackle and the input jack is good. The tone knob on this bass really makes a difference all the way through, see the video attached to hear the full range of this single pickup bass.

The body is in great shape, on the back there is just a little bit of finish wear where the original foam in the case started to react with the finish. This is very minimal and would not even be enough to be considered wear or buckle rash, nearly impossible to photograph.

This bass comes with the original Peavey chainsaw hard case, the foam on the bottom has been replaced by a towel, other than that it's all original and in good shape.
