FA Reynolds Piccolo made in Cleveland, OH. The silver is a little tarnished, but all keys function as they should and the pads appear to be fine. My middle school music teacher friend endorses this as "very playable". Comes in it's original "eye glass" case. The latches work, but the hinge is a little loose. Thanks for looking!
