This is not your run of the mill J 45!
Here is an EXCELLENT condition Gibson J 45 made in Bozeman Montana. This was produced during the 2000's in a limited run of ebony and rosewood. The guitar has a sitka top and rosewood back and sides. The rosewood produces a deeper and more articulate sound than does the typical mahogany back and sides. This guitar is in near mint condition.
There is a very small humidity crack (expertly repaired by Bernunzio's in Rochester NY). It is so small that it is barely noticeable. There is also a small amount of finish glazing by the fretboard as shown. That has everything to do with the finish process Gibson used and is not user produced.
The guitar has that sweet J 45 tone, but, the lows are articulate and resonant. The action and playability are terrific. Great for chords, but also for finger picking. The ebony fret board is a delight to play and it provides the guitar with just enough brightness to balance the deeper tones produced by the rosewood body.
The original case is in very good condition. Also includes an under the saddle transducer.
These are great guitars and this one is exceptional.
Will be shipped via Fed Ex ground and fully insured.
