Vintage Tempo Japan ES-335 style semi-hollow body electric guitar. It's made in Japan, has a nice cherry sunburst finish and believed to be from the Matsumoku factory. It's Structurally sound with straight neck and average wear on frets. Electronics work, and there are some scratches and dings about the body etc. Original tuners have been replaced, and the tremolo arm is missing the spring.
Overall, it's still a nice, playable Japan import needing a good home and and set-up to your own liking. Comes in a gig-bag.
