Here we have a dreamy pre-war Martin 0-18 featuring a 12-fret neck, original belly bridge, and large pickguard. Beautiful yellowed spruce top, straight grain mahogany back and sides. Neck has a soft v profile and 1-7/8" nut width (nut was replaced), original bar frets present. The instrument is in excellent overall condition apart from the remnants of a heel-position strap button (filled hole, screw hole through heel erasing the second digit of the serial number), and two hairline cracks extending from end pin. Light finish checking and surface scratching present. Small maple bridge plate intact. Equipped with original tuners; saddle replaced. Included in sale is original soft case (tattering present).
