The Original pots were kind of scratchy and setup for Neck Volume, Bridge Volume, and Tone Control. I rewired it to a simple Single Volume Control. I listened to both pickups and liked the sound of the Neck Pickup better, so I disconnected the Bridge Pickup and wired up just the Neck to the volume and out to the Jack. Both Original pickups are still in the bass, just the bridge is disconnected.
I put in a Brand New CTS 1 Meg Pot, and a Brand New Switchcraft Jack. Comes with the Original Vintage Knobs.
The strings are Rotosound Flatwounds!
Comes With Original Case.
(Note: The Bass may not be a 1969 exactly, but from researching similar MIJ Jazz basses, it appears to be a Late 60’s early 70’s)
