Full disclosure: The guitar has been listed on Reverb for eons already, which common sense dictates -this is a Legit listing! -one for which I’ve turned down several offers by now.

This Gibson CS LP PSL ‘59 is in mint condition (I wish Reverb would allow for a "like new/open box" category -but the fact I registered it under my name along with a dozen or so other Gibsons and furthermore there's the fact that I played it for roughly less than 10 hrs in total since I own several Murphy and regular Custom Shops make this guitar listing a "mint" listing). This Pre-Sold Listing (PSL) —has no electronic/cosmetic issues other than minor damage to the case’s lid fabric lining, right where the tone switch tip touches the case’s lid fabric; it got slightly damaged during transit from retailer to me; for whatever is worth, I have bought and received Murphy lab purchased directly from Gibson that have arrived with similar damage to the case fabric; I’m assuming damage is the result because in fact here in the US, they do not ship them with that pink mini pillow I‘ve seen placed around the tone switch tip like they do on the ones shipped to the UK that I’ve seen.

Guitar will ship insured; it’ll  arrive one or two full tones tuned down to mitigate any possibility of damage to body or neck while in transit.  Do not open box for at least 24 hrs to prevent damage to finish until it has adjusted to the average temperature in your home.

 I’m the first owner; I bought this guitar early ‘22 from one of my favorite online retailer(s) and played it with care and have carefully repacked and double box it in its original Gibson cardboard box and a generic box to further protect it. Guitar was bought as a “pre-sold listing ” aka “PSL” so you’re getting a top different from that of a “regular” Custom shop one.  Listing includes all original case candy and Factory case & box.

Disclaimer: only the last two pictures shown are the ones I took with my phone in really bad lighting conditions; the other pictures are the original "studio quality" pictures taken by retailer from whom I bought the guitar; which shows the guitars as if it has a lot more red around the front edges but the guitar has the average kindred burst in gloss finish but with no so average flames!, therefore red isn’t that prominent in the front -but it is prominent in body’s back and neck as seen in pictures.
