Here’s a new and great sounding stave snare drum made of ash. The shell is nicely hand crafted with tongue in groove staves. It is 1/4” thick with reinforcement rings.
This is listed at a higher price than my other snare drums because the drum hoops are Die-Cast and the strainer and five position butt plate is DW Mag.
It has never been played except to test the sound. The depth of this drum gives the sound a lot of body and the Evans HD dry snare head gives it a quick response with with very little ring. A very nice sounding drum. Thanks for looking.
