Kramer Focus 2000 (Matsumoku) 1983 Black

Early Model Kramer Focus 2000 - The import equivalent of the Kramer Pacer Imperial.  All original.
The neck is fantastic and rumored to be leftover USA stock but this has never been verified.   This neck is as good as any "American" Kramer neck I have ever owned.   Better actually.  Very smooth fret ends and a perfect finish ...fatter c shaped and comfortable to hold and play.  The neck is very special for sure with a flame/figured grain.  If I believed in parting guitars this neck would be going nowhere.  It's pretty special as a complete original guitar though.  For those of you who haven't had the chance to see or play an early Focus up close, they are really nice guitars.  

The frets look pretty much untouched with very minor scuffs on the tip.  
Alder body is solid and has just enough weight with a very small ding above the bridge between the tremolo and bridge pickup ..a few other minor dings and the face.

Tremolo is original schaller made floyd rose with no fine tuners and original bar is included.

Pickups are mmk45 ( matsumoku made ) and they will scream.  These are sold by themselves often and are sought after.  The "Made in Japan" plate signifies a Matsumoko factory Japanese made Kramer.   Google this name to see the reputation for quality.  I have another 2 Matsumoko Kramers that I will hang on to.

Back of the body again is clean...there are some minor scuffs and dings and the back bottom edge.

Great guitar and a great price.  It is hard to let go because of the MMK pickups and the neck...both really nice and hard to find.
