Sony ss-510 1972 mahogany veneer

Made in Japan two-way speakers with a full range 8" speaker and a 2" tweeter utilizing a 5kHz high-pass capacitor that's in great shape (not leaking or bulging). These make excellent near field monitors. I replaced the stock thin & cheap speaker wire with gold plated speaker terminals. The cabinets are made of high density particle board and weigh 12 lbs each. They look as great as they sound. Buyer pays shipping. These are 8 ohm speakers and handle 35 watts. The insulation is all original and is quite heavy. The Sony logos on the grill can be turned 90 degrees, if you want to place them on their sides.
