Gretsch 1950’s Broadcaster 3-ply red sparkle drum kit. 20-13-16-14x5 1/2

Pre-1957 Gretsch round badge red sparkle 3-ply 4-piece kit with stick chopper rims. This kit is in excellent condition for its age. It has in my opinion less than normal wear. It is all original. No holes have been drilled into the kit anywhere. The bearing edges are original and in good shape. I can honestly say that the finish has ZERO fading and all the seams are original and tight. They are beautiful to look at. The rims have some spots where the chrome has chipped from the brass but is hardly noticeable (see photos). The snare drum has the slightly thicker 2-flange rims which are original to that period. The throw-off on the snare drum is missing the large knob. The kit comes with everything pictured except for the snare drum stand. This is a rare unmolested well taken care of well loved drum kit. I’ve had them for 30 years and have never done any deep cleaning/restoration on them. They’re the same as when I obtained them. More pictures are available and I’m happy to answer any questions.
