Full-sized classical guitar. Rosewood fretboard, bridge, headstock, back and sides. Mahogany neck. Neck is straight. Bridge is flush. Tuners work well. Action is low. Rare guitar. Penco M-70 is rare but I've seen two of those online. This one, a Fuji-Penco, is more so. I can only speculate on its history, but the name perhaps reflects one of the many partnerships that formed during the Made in Japan era for now vintage guitars. I have seen one Fuji classical guitar online. This Fuji-Penco is the only one that I know is in existence, never having seen another online with that hyphenated brand, though one old discussion forum had mention of one. Fuji guitars were made by Kurosawa. Could be this one is a Penco product, having confirmed that Penco M-70s exist in their own right, but made by Kurosawa. Stand not included.
