"Motor City Collection"

Warrior “Motor City Collection” is a matching guitar/bass pair that is totally unique and truly one-of-a-kind. The tops are made of Fordite, a material that consists of layers of history spanning decades. This material presents an outstanding combination of iconic colors from the 40’s and 50’s. Guitar and bass are both hand crafted out of inspiring, hand selected, aged and air dried woods. This collection was finished in anointed oil, allowing the wood to breathe and notes to sing. Both instruments have matching fordite headstocks, backplates, pickup covers and knobs. These are among the most colorful, exotic instruments ever produced by Warrior in its 30-year history.

The Motor City Bass

A new design in the Isla J family. The motor city bass is one of a kind in soul and tone. With a black walnut body and neck and Brazilian rosewood tone bar the instrument is 8.5 lbs in weight and features a Fordite top with matching headstock and dot inlays. Knobs have Fordite tops with exotic rosewood. The fretboard has a 14 inch radius and features nickel silver frets. Gold USA hardware. Custom Aguilar pickups with Fordite covers. 2023 Big Bottom Pre-Amp with copper super shield.

The Motor City Guitar

A new design in T-Style solid body guitars. The Motor City Guitar has a distinctive ridge around the outside of the top and unique body contouring. With a one piece aged Honduras mahogany body and aged rock maple neck the instrument is 7.5 lbs in weight and features a rosewood fret board with Motor City Collection mother of pearl inlay. The fretboard has a 9.5 inch radius and features nickel silver frets. Knobs are Fordite with rosewood with gold USA hardware. Hand wound Billy Gibbons custom shop pickups with copper super shield.
