With a range of 20 Hz – 20 kHz, the SP-1 captures the entire audible frequency spectrum with superb sensitivity and detail. The cardioid pickup pattern provides excellent rear rejection for accurate stereo imaging with minimal bleed. A maximum sound pressure level (SPL) rating of 142 dB allows these mics to handle even the most bombastic drummers, and with just 1% total harmonic distortion (THD), anything you put through them will sound clean and clear. Additionally, their compact size makes them easy to position even in small home studio situations.
