The RTT-1 is a 7.5ips full track master recording test tape that contains all the signals necessary to verify essential tape parameters such as Head Azimuth, Recording Level and Frequency Response to ensure that your machine is performing at its best and within factory specifications.

This tape can be used with full track, 2 track and 4 track (Stereo & Quad) recorders.

Even though our tapes are recorded at 185 nWb/m, they can be easily used to set up a machine at a different operating level (i.e. 250, 320nWb/m) by using a simple conversion factor. Details are available on our web site FAQ's.
