The guitar got a bath and some new strings so I uploaded some new photos. I’ve been playing it all morning and I am going to miss this one for sure!!
I am the second owner of this guitar since the early 2000’s
Late 90’s Parker fly deluxe. Active dimarzio pickups, piezo under the bridge. Carbon fiber and wood composite , stainless frets. If you are looking you probably already know more than I do. It plays and sounds like a dream. Great shape for 25 year old guitar!
I have had it in a non original gig bag since I took ownership and it will ship well packed in the same cheapish bag. This guitar rarely left the home as it was somewhat of a sentimental piece. I never play it anymore and it deserves to be played and loved.
Small finish cracks at the neck joint. They were there when I got it and the neck has been rock solid and super straight the entire time. Luthier verified it is finish only not structural. The input Jack is intermittent and will need attention sooner rather than later as they are on so many of these. Small chip (pictured) but all in all good shape. There is also a small ding on the treble side of the neck near the first fret. It does not affect playability in any way but it is there.
There is no trem bar and I broke the trem spring by putting heavier strings on it (I was a dumb kid who wanted to tune to drop c). I blocked the trem with a piece of wood but if you can get a spring all you would need to do is install it and you would be good to go.
These are becoming more expensive all the time and the market is crazy for them.
Don’t be shy, make an offer and let’s see if we can get you a killer Parker for your collection
Someone grab this player, I’m sure it will not last long!
Please ask questions. I am super responsive.
