AMAZING condition Epiphone EA-35T Devon Tremolo amp from 1964.
I’m continuing to thin out my amp collection as I’m focusing on my harp chops. Need to make room for a new Carl’s Custom Amps head/cab wired for harp.
All original except the two prong has been replaced with a chassis grounded three-prong cord.
Nearly identical circuit to the Gibson GA-18T amp and arguably better looking!
Sounds excellent with Guitar (not great for harp, & I'm a harp player that prefers the Tweeds!) Quiet at idle and clean and bright, but will break up when pushed. Jenson Special Edition 12" speaker. Minimal hum when treble and volume are turned up to "11".
Tremelo and Footswitch are intact and works well.
There is minimal oxidation on the control panel, but the lettering and stencilling is all there. The tolex is is great shape - just a few small nicks here and there - fabulous for a 58 year old amp!
