This is one fine bass guitar! It could pass for brand new. Not a mark on it.
I built this bass originally maybe 15 years ago and really never played it all that much except at home. I was always afraid of damaging it at a show. Anyway, I have upgraded it over the years as the technology improved. The bass itself is 100% Warmoth. It has an Alder body with a Curly Maple top. It was finished by Warmoth in a Honey Burst Gloss. The neck is also Warmoth, maple with a maple fretboard. It is a slim taper profile, 38mm nut with 21 nickel steel frets, and a Graphtec nut. It was finished by Warmoth in a vintage tint gloss. I used all black hardware on this bass. It has Schaller Tuners, a Hipshot Kick-Ass bridge and black brass control knobs.. For electronics it comes with Seymour Duncan Quarter Pounder pickups and a wiring harness by 509 custom. The bass has been setup to perfection. Nice low action with no fret buzz. It has 0 fret wear. It has a full range sound that is crystal clear with plenty of volume and punch.
I would put this bass up against any commercially available bass in the $1500-$2000 range it's that nice and well made. Why sell it? The truth is I'm just not playing as much anymore and I currently own 11 basses. Time to thin the herd a bit. I'm out of wall space to hang them all.
I have received 100% 5 star feedback on all my builds so you can feel confident in your purchase. As always, I stand behind what I build and sell. If for any reason it is not exactly as pictured and described, contact me and I'll authorize a return..
