Vermona Fourmulator

This quad LFO is a beast of a utility module with very useful trigger outs for each LFO and a choice of 5 waveforms and sample and hold for each. LFOs can be synced or run independently.
The faceplate is in generally good shape but there is a small scratch by the CLK on the right side. The reset input for LFO 4 does not work. Everything else works as it should.
