Here is the current version of Gretsch's iconic Jet model, first introduced in 1952. Maintaining its single cutaway silhouette, it is made of a chambered mahogany body, with mahogany neck and walnut fingerboard.
The neck has a "thin U" profile, with a 1 11/16" nut, comfortable for most players. The fingerboard is dressed up with pearloid thumbnail position markers.
Classic FilterTron pickups give this guitar its signature sound, and are controlled by a 3-way selector switch, individual volume controls, and a master volume and tone control.
Hardware is comprised of diecast tuners, a tune-o-matic style bridge, and a Bigsby B50 tailpiece to complete the authentic vibe.
