This Tele was passed on to me at a family reunion in 1989. Rarely played, but well maintained by LGS including newer 3 piece T bridge and knobs (originals remain with guitar). I had it appraised by Elderly Instruments:

Finish on maple neck (marked 3 AUG 67B) is worn but original

Maple cap fretboard

Pickup and electronics appear original

Tone pot marked 42nd week of '66

Bridge appears original, new brass saddles

Headstock decal appears to be newer

Newer Schaller tuners
