This partcaster definitely has character with its deep red nitro relic finish.
It is equipped with lipsticks, which were designed by Nathan Daniel, founder of the Danelectro brand. Widely used in the late fifties by the brand's guitars, they produce a sound of their own, rich, warm and bright at the same time. They are less well defined than the clean pickups and give a slightly crunchy sound that is really pleasant and to which one quickly becomes attached.

The guitar comes with a hard case in tweed or black tolex.
