RARE Charvel SDK-110 1991 Made in Japan Super Dinky Snow White by Jackson

This a a vintage Charvel Model SDK 110 manufactured in 1991. In all likely hood there were very few of these produced in this case I think hundreds and not thousands like other import Charvels.

During the heyday of Jackson Charvel in the early 1990s the factory making Charvel Guitars in Japan continued on their quest. Here is the result of taking the engineering to the next level using exotic woods and top quality materials and hardware.

This guitar has a Honduras Mahogany body. Its neck has an very dark Indian Rosewood Fretboard with a Rock Maple Quarter-Sawn back. The neck is adorned with very flamboyant Real Mother of Pearl Shark fin inlays. The guitars construction is designed for ease of of play with comfort and balance in all playing positions. Add the very famous Jackson JE-1000TG Active Electronics which has a toggle on/off and you are just about there. Don't forget the in-famous Jackson Compound Radius Fretboard and a 24 fret neck.

The result is that it has a tone like no other. This amplifies the commitment and care taken by the guitars designer and the factory in Japan to create and follow through with an elite instrument.

The guitar is in very good condition considering its age. It has only a few marks and small scratches. Regarding the operation, I have to report only a background hum when selecting the humbucker. This hum disappears when you touch metal parts such as the knob and it is therefore an easily solved ground connection problem.
