up for sale here is a vintage sound city 50 plus. it has a partridge power transformer, not sure what the output tranformer is (see pictures, it's the same as in my other 50 plus) and 2x EL34's giving it 50 watts of power. 4, 8 and 16ohm output, runs on 105-245v. what is often criticized about these amps is the harsh sounding active tone stack, giving them their nickname "sound sh#tty". i had this amp professionally modified removing the active tone stack and giving it a fender like passive tone stack, making it sound much better. so now it is kind of a mix of fender, marshall and hiwatt. due to the fact that it's point to point wired it's also easy to mod.
cosmetically it looks it's age and i've played many a show with this amp, so can say it's been very reliable.
