Up for your consideration is this beautiful Levin (Goya branded in the states) Model 174. The guitar is in great physical, structural, and cosmetic condition. There are various dings, scratches, etc. The only ding of note is on the top lower bout, which I’ve provided a picture of. There are no cracks in the top or body. The guitar is light, plays great, and the action is good (string height is 2.25-2.5 mm bass side). Following are the specs:
- Spruce top with X-bracing
- Maple back & sides
- 4-ply bound top
- Single-bound back
- Mahogany neck with adjustable truss rod
- Single-bound ebony fingerboard with bass side pearl block inlay
- Rosewood bridge
- Nickel plated individual Van Ghent tuners
- Dovetail neck joint (not a bolt on neck)
