Electronic Carillon - Schulmerich NovaBell 4

This is an electronic carillon that was installed in a church for 9 years. It's made to electronically re-create the sounds of a bell tower. The digital system has many songs programmed into it and also comes with 3 cards of songs. The unit also contains a power amp and an output cord to connect to passive speakers. The timer inside the unit allows for hourly chimes, timed songs, songs on command or however else you choose to program it. You can also program your own chimes using the push-buttons on the unit. I believe there is a separate piece of hardware to allow the unit to be controlled with a MIDI controller but this unit does not have that. There is also an on-board speaker controlled by the volume knob on the front.

It comes with all original documentation and the wired remote control.

This unit is made by the same company that makes professional bells, handbells, and (bell) organ modules. This particular model is discontinued but cost $11,000 in 2008.
