This 2021 Gibson Les Paul Standard '60s Iced Tea beauty is 9.5lbs of exquisite tradition capable of warm, delicious tones, unmatched playability & big smiles with a great flame maple top!
The new Les Paul Standard returns to the classic design that made it
relevant, played and loved -- shaping sound across generations and
genres of music. It pays tribute to Gibson's Golden Era of innovation
and brings authenticity back to life.
The 2021 Les Paul Standard 60's has a solid mahogany
body with an figured maple top, and a gorgeous nitrocellulose lacquer, "Iced Tea" finish.
The neck is a fast, slim taper 60's-style mahogany neck with a
rosewood fingerboard and trapezoid inlays. You will enjoy effortless
playability, courtesy of the precision Plek’d frets, dressed perfectly.
The
Burstbucker 61R (neck) Burstbucker 61T (bridge) pickups are loaded with
AlNiCo V magnets and capture the vintage Patent Applied For (PAF)
humbucker tone. Audio taper potentiometers and orange drop capacitors
round out the electronics.
It's equipped with a
classic-style Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminum stop bar tailpiece, Grover
Rotomatic "Kidney" tuners, and gold top hat knobs with silver
reflectors.
Plek'd for precision playability
The Gibson Les Paul Standard 60's feels fast, precise &
flawless thanks in large part to Plek processing. Previously reserved
for custom shop guitars, this process levels the frets with pinpoint
precision, providing you with the most playable fretboard you've likely
ever played. Each note rings loud and clear, and the fret edges are as
smooth as silk. Gibson now Pleks all their guitars.

Gibson. Gibson's new management is listening and are showing
significant improvements in build quality!
Comes with a deluxe brown Gibson case with red interior. Includes Gibson Accessory
