This was handmade in Japan after 2000.
Not many slope shoulder Dy-38's around- they are uncommon. Vast majority are dreads.
Solid very stripey spruce top, and that translucent maple body. All original Yairi tuners, etc.
This employs the two-piece bridge.
I think the original owner put on the great pickguard- it is a perfect fit, and really classes this up a bit.
Very clean; the headstock has some nudges, and some hard to pickup belt-rash on the back.
The top and sides and neck are very, very clean, and there is absolutely no fretwear. Action is super low.
Just 370.00. The Fishman pickup is included and works great.
No case but will be in fine Martin double box.
Will ship from Wis. for 30.00.
Sorry for the limits of my cheap camera...
