Guitar is perfect. No marks.
I love this guitar, but I'm not that good - and I leave it in its original hard shell case unless I play it in my bedroom.
It's too nice a guitar to stay locked up - but I don't want to take it out - since it's so special and valuable.
I'm selling now - because - I don't want it to get any scratches - and I know if I keep it in my house eventually I''ll bump into something. So, I'd rather find a better qualified Guitarist who can appreciate it.
This guitar is basically a Roy Smeck - 12 Frets to the body, Solid rosewood back and sides.Adirondack Red Spruce Top.
It was built in Bozeman, MT in the Gibson Custom Shop. It has a few special features I have yet to see on other similar custom shop models:
Gold-tone Tuners and Hardware - Grovers, but look more like Waverly Tuners - which I greatly appreciate over plastic buttons.
Mother of Pearl Fret Market Inlays - not dots. Mother of pearl snowflake markers. They really make the guitar look special.
